All shipments within the domestic Canada, U.S and International are shipped via Canada Post.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Hoser.com cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Canada

Below $50 orders: $5 flat shipping rate.

$50 to $149.99 orders: $10 flat shipping rate.

$150+ orders: FREE shipping.

 
U.S

$30 to $199.99 orders: $20 flat shipping rate.

$200+ orders: FREE shipping.

 

Rest of the world

$30 to $199.99 orders: $30 flat shipping rate.

$200+ orders: $20 flat shipping rate.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of shipping date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. After 14 days, all sales are final. Return of sale merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

To receive a return authorization number, email returns@Hoser.com and provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Items should be sent within three (3) days of receiving your RA number or your RA number will be invalid. If you return item(s) without a return authorization number, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from Hoser.com back to you. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Hoser.com sole discretion.

We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

In addition, please note that unauthorized returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee. This includes, but is not limited to, returns without RA number, refused packages, and undeliverable packages.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@Hoser.com.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request;  however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
